Sayfieva Zarina - Head of Education and Training Service Section, Director of Regional Training Center on Nonproliferation of Weapons of Mass Destruction and Export Control for Central Asia, Caucasus, and Afghanistan. In 2013 graduated from Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University with a degree in Management of the organization. From 2004 to 2019 worked as a Lead Engineer in the Public and International Relations Department. She is an alternate officer for INIS (International Nuclear Information System). In 2008, she took a professional internship in the United States on the topic: "Non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction" (WMD). In 2018, she took an advanced training course in the field of radiation protection and safety of ionizing radiation sources (IRS) in Belarus, Minsk.

From 2012-2018 worked as a specialist in the scientific and organizational department of the Presidium of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan. From 2020 - 2021 was a specialist in the organizational and economic department of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Dushanbe.

Khakimova Nodira Umarovna - candidate of chemical sciences, the head of occupational exposure control service section of Nuclear and radiation safety agency of National academy of sciences of Tajikistan.
Nodira Hakimova, born in 1965, graduated from the Tajik national university of V.I. Lenin (chemical faculty). From 1987 to 2001 was engaged in research work at the Institute of the chemistry of V.I. Nikitin RT AN. In 1996 defended candidate work on the direction 02.00.04 – physical chemistry on a subject: "Research of a role of atoms of hydrogen in receiving semiconductor, magnetic, sulphidic powders and amorphous films". Between 2001 and 2006 she held the position of Head of the department of international relations at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan. From 2006-2008, she also has held the position of Head of the department of information, analytics and international relations of the Agency of nuclear and radiation safety of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Since 2020 - she is the chairman of the women association "Women in Nuclear" Tajikistan. Is a highly qualified specialist in the field of control of external professional radiation. She is actively working to promote the interests of women association "Women in Nuclear" Tajikistan, attracting the young generation to the science and nuclear industry as well. Throughout her professional and scientific career, she published more than 30 scientific articles, theses of reports and publications.
Aminova Farida Makhmadaminovna (Ph.D. in Law)

Aminova Farida Makhmadaminovna was born 20.09.1985 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, with honors graduated from the law department of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) university in 2009. In the same year, she went to work, to a position of the teacher of department of civil law of law department.
In 2012 her under the leadership of candidate of juridical sciences, associate professor T.I. Sultanova and professor Sh.M. Mengliyev, she defended the master's thesis on: "Legal regulation of the circulation of corporate issue securities in the Republic of Tajikistan".
F.M. Aminova is engaged in research activity and took part in writing of textbooks: "Jurisprudence", "The international immigration law", released under a signature stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan. F.M. Aminova is the author of monographs: "Legal regulation of the circulation of corporate issue securities in the Republic of Tajikistan", "Legal relations management on use of auxiliary reproductive technologies in RT in the context of the international public and private law" and also manuals in the objects "Roman Right" and "Labour law", a workshop on discipline "Labour law", "The international private law". More than 60 scientific works are the author. Has the publications reviewed by VAK of the Russian Federation, Skopus and the Web оф Sayns.
Currently, F.M. Aminova is an associate professor "Civil law", the deputy dean for scientific work of law department, the Chairman of the board of young scientists of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) university, the manager of project financed from the budget of RT on a subject: "Harmonization of the national legal system of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the international standards". In 2020 it was elected as the vice-chairman of WiN Tajikistan.

Kavrakova Zubaida Burikhonovna - Candidate of Sciences in Biology, Leading Researcher of Education and Training Service Section in Nuclear and Radiation Safety of Nuclear and Radiation Safety Agency of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan and concurrently Head of the Laboratory of Molecular Genetics and Cytogenetics, Doctor - Geneticist at the State Institution "Republican Medical Genetic Center" under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Kavrakova Zubaida, born in 1983, in 2005 graduated from the Faculty of Biology of the Tajik State National University (now TSU). From 2006 to 2008 she studied at the graduate school of the Institute of Plant Physiology and Genetics (now the Institute of Botany, Plant Physiology and Genetics) of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2009 she defended her thesis in the direction 03.00.12 - physiology and biochemistry of plants, 03.00.15 - genetics on the topic: "The study of DNA polymorphism in species of the genus Aegilops l. Growing in different climatic conditions of Tajikistan." In 2019 she graduated from the Institute of Postgraduate Education in Healthcare of the Republic of Tajikistan. She took part in series of training, including participation in the Global Skills Program (CRDF GLOBAL, PROFESSIONAL SKILLS PROGRAM), as well as training on monitoring based on biosafety risk assessment with the award of “Expert” qualification in support of the implementation of the National Biosafety Framework of the Republic of Tajikistan within the framework of the UNEP / GEF Project. In 2015, she underwent a professional internship in Iran on the topic: "Molecular genetics and human cytogenetics."
Was awarded a prize and a Diploma of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan for young scientists in the field of biological and medical sciences on the topic: "DNA polymorphism in species of the genus Aegilops l., growing in different natural and climatic conditions of Tajikistan." During her professional career, she published more than 35 scientific articles, abstracts of reports and publications, 1 copyright certificate, 1 catalog, and 1 monograph.

Malysheva Elena Yurievna - Leading Engineer of the Agency for Nuclear and Radiation Safety of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. In 1989 she graduated from the Faculty of Biology, Lenin Tajik State National University, specializing in biology, teacher of biology and chemistry. From 1984 to 1995 she worked at the Nikitin Institute of Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan. From 2004 to the present, I am a leading engineer at the Agency for Nuclear and Radiation Safety of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. Research interests: issues of nuclear and radiation safety, external individual dosimetric control of personnel "A" working with sources of ionizing radiation, monitoring of personnel exposure doses.

Mamadyusufova Menoo, born in 1982. In 2005 she graduated from the biological faculty of the Tajik State National University (now TSU). In the period 2007 - 2010. She was engaged in research work at the Institute of Botany, Physiology and Plant Genetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. In 2014 she defended her candidate's work in the direction 03.01.04 - biochemistry. In the period from 2010 to 2017. worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Botany, Physiology and Plant Genetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. In the period from 2017 to 2019. She was the head of the International Relations Department of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. From 2019-2021 She was the Head of the Sector for Education and Training in the Field of Nuclear and Radiation Safety of the Agency for Nuclear and Radiation Safety of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. Since 2015, he is the chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the National Academy of Science and Technology. Since 2021, Head of the Department of Master's, Postgraduate and Doctoral Studies Ph.D. of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan. Member of the International Association of the Academy of Sciences (IAAS). Conducted a number of training sessions on biosafety. She was awarded a prize and a Diploma of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan for young scientists in 2015 in the field of biological and medical sciences.
