Khakimova Nodira Umarovna - candidate of chemical sciences, the head of occupational exposure control service section of Nuclear and radiation safety agency of National academy of sciences of Tajikistan.
Nodira Hakimova, born in 1965, graduated from the Tajik national university of V.I. Lenin (chemical faculty). From 1987 to 2001 was engaged in research work at the Institute of the chemistry of V.I. Nikitin RT AN. In 1996 defended candidate work on the direction 02.00.04 – physical chemistry on a subject: "Research of a role of atoms of hydrogen in receiving semiconductor, magnetic, sulphidic powders and amorphous films". Between 2001 and 2006 she held the position of Head of the department of international relations at the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan. From 2006-2008, she also has held the position of Head of the department of information, analytics and international relations of the Agency of nuclear and radiation safety of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.
Since 2020 - she is the chairman of the women association "Women in Nuclear" Tajikistan. Is a highly qualified specialist in the field of control of external professional radiation. She is actively working to promote the interests of women association "Women in Nuclear" Tajikistan, attracting the young generation to the science and nuclear industry as well. Throughout her professional and scientific career, she published more than 30 scientific articles, theses of reports and publications.

Aminova Farida Makhmadaminovna was born 20.09.1985 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, with honors graduated from the law department of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) university in 2009. In the same year, she went to work, to a position of the teacher of department of civil law of law department.
In 2012 her under the leadership of candidate of juridical sciences, associate professor T.I. Sultanova and professor Sh.M. Mengliyev, she defended the master's thesis on: "Legal regulation of the circulation of corporate issue securities in the Republic of Tajikistan".
F.M. Aminova is engaged in research activity and took part in writing of textbooks: "Jurisprudence", "The international immigration law", released under a signature stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan. F.M. Aminova is the author of monographs: "Legal regulation of the circulation of corporate issue securities in the Republic of Tajikistan", "Legal relations management on use of auxiliary reproductive technologies in RT in the context of the international public and private law" and also manuals in the objects "Roman Right" and "Labour law", a workshop on discipline "Labour law", "The international private law". More than 60 scientific works are the author. Has the publications reviewed by VAK of the Russian Federation, Skopus and the Web оф Sayns.
Currently, F.M. Aminova is an associate professor "Civil law", the deputy dean for scientific work of law department, the Chairman of the board of young scientists of the Russian-Tajik (Slavic) university, the manager of project financed from the budget of RT on a subject: "Harmonization of the national legal system of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the international standards". In 2020 it was elected as the vice-chairman of WiN Tajikistan.

Kavrakova Zubaida, born in 1983, in 2005 graduated from the Faculty of Biology of the Tajik State National University (now TSU). From 2006 to 2008 she studied at the graduate school of the Institute of Plant Physiology and Genetics (now the Institute of Botany, Plant Physiology and Genetics) of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan. In 2009 she defended her thesis in the direction 03.00.12 - physiology and biochemistry of plants, 03.00.15 - genetics on the topic: "The study of DNA polymorphism in species of the genus Aegilops l. Growing in different climatic conditions of Tajikistan." In 2019 she graduated from the Institute of Postgraduate Education in Healthcare of the Republic of Tajikistan. She took part in series of training, including participation in the Global Skills Program (CRDF GLOBAL, PROFESSIONAL SKILLS PROGRAM), as well as training on monitoring based on biosafety risk assessment with the award of “Expert” qualification in support of the implementation of the National Biosafety Framework of the Republic of Tajikistan within the framework of the UNEP / GEF Project. In 2015, she underwent a professional internship in Iran on the topic: "Molecular genetics and human cytogenetics."
