«Issues of monitoring evaluation in historical and tourist sites of Tajikistan» - Under this title, a training seminar was held at the Agency for CBRN Safety and Security at TNAS.
Yesterday, at the training and educational center of the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiation and Nuclear Safety and Security at the Tajikistan National Academy of Sciences (NAST), under the leadership of NAST academician Ulmas Mirsaidov, a training seminar on the topic “Issues of monitoring assessment in historical and tourist sites of Tajikistan” was held.
The mentioned seminar was participated by young scientists and research officers from the Agency for CBRN Safety and Security at NAST and other subordinate institutes of the Tajikistan National Academy of Sciences.
During the event, Firuz Shafiev, an officer of the Agency for CBRN Safety and Security at NAST, spoke about the monitoring of radionuclides and the state of uranium tailings dumps, which was previously carried out by Agency officers in the regions of the country.
Then scientists and specialists discussed issues related to the drafting of the radiological map of the Republic of Tajikistan and the processing of uranium industry wastes.
