"I sincerely congratulate all of you, who are the hope and future of the state and people of Tajikistan, on the Youth Day, which is celebrated annually in Tajikistan as a holiday of the future generation." This point of view was expressed by the Founder of National Peace and Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon, in his congratulatory message on the occasion of the "Tajikistan Youth Day". "Considering all the merits that you, dear children, render to your independent Motherland and state, I call upon each of you  always to be proud of your independent state, sovereign Motherland and the fact that you are a Tajik, because our noble ancestors made a great contribution to the development of human culture and civilization. You, dear youth, are obliged to continue the path of our proud ancestors, studying and mastering modern sciences, striving for the progress and prosperity of the homeland of our ancestors, because you are the heirs of the thousand-year-old customs and traditions of our people and continuers of the work of hundreds and thousands of its devoted and selfless children," the Head of State declared.

Indeed, today the main part of the population of independent Tajikistan is youth, whose contribution is clearly felt in all spheres of the society. Therefore, the Government of the country under the leadership of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the respected Emomali Rahmon, pays special attention to the youth, especially, to their place in the society and their creative work, as the main active creative force of the bright future of the country.

The Leader of the Nation always emphasizes that support and care of the youth, solving of their problems, correct and reasonable use of this strategic national resource for the sake of prosperity and progress of the Motherland, ensuring security and stability of the society are the most important issues that are under special attention of the Government of the country, since Tajikistan is a youth country. The Head of State calls Tajikistan a country of youth because the Leader of the Nation is fully confident in the strength and will of the youth and wants the young generation of the country to fulfill proudly this mission and to be engage in education and research.

As say, young people are the continuers of the ancient history and culture of their homeland, the source of great initiatives, the source of new ideas and the creator of the present and future destiny of independent Tajikistan. The implementation and achievement of unprecedented achievements of modern science should be thoroughly studied and comprehended by the creative generation of the homeland. In this regard, happy Tajik young men and women are not aloof from this and they always pursue to achieve greater success.

It should be noted that social support for young people, their involvement in useful activities, providing young people with suitable jobs, creating conditions for the formation of their political culture and legal knowledge, supporting talented people and, in general, for the participation and activity of young people in the political and economic life of the country, all the necessary conditions have been created and the necessary measures have been implemented.

 
In response to the care and support of the Government of the country, the youth association "Atom", operating under the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiation and Nuclear Safety of the TNAS, in order to implement the constructive and creative policy of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the Nation, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon, is engaged in training and scientific activities, as well as creative initiatives for the development of the state and society, the involvement of youth and adolescents in scientific research, and thereby contributes to the implementation of the "Twenty years of study and development of natural, exact and mathematical sciences" in the field of science and education for 2020-2040.
