Scientific and practical conference Science through the eyes of young scientists
On April 22 of the current year, at the conference hall of the Tajikistan National Academy of Sciences (TNAS) a scientific and practical conference “Science through the eyes of young scientists”, dedicated to the announcement of 2024 as the Year of Legal Enlightment, was held.
The conference was participated by the leadership of TNAS, the Chairman of the Committee for Youth and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and a representative of the executive body of state power of Dushanbe city, as well as young scientists and researchers from TNAS institutes.
Prof. Kobiljon Khushvakhtzoda, President of the TNAS, welcomed all the guests and participants at the Plenary Session during the opening of the Conference and expressed that in recent years the field of science has been progressing thanks to the attention and support of the Leader of the Nation, respected Emomali Rahmon, and in this context the role of young scientists in all areas of science is clearly perceived. That is why today the number of young scientists in the TNAS has increased several times. Herewith, he emphasized that the attention of young people should be drawn to the exact and mathematical sciences, as well as to the conjunction of science and production, and that the progress of each state and nation depends on the high literacy and enlightenment of its each honest and worthy citizen.
Further, the conference was continued in sections. The 3rd section of the conference was held in the hall of the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiation and Nuclear Safetyand Security of the TNAS, with a presentation of current problems of physical, mathematical and technical sciences in the view of "20 years of studying and developing natural, exact and mathematical sciences in the field of science and education" with the participation of a number of young scientists from the Agency for CBRN Safety and Security and other institutes of the TNAS and the participants spoke on various topics.
At the event, young scientists from the Agency for CBRN Safety and Security at the TNAS, including Bakhronov Sojidkhon, Boboev Komron, Muminov Safarali and Eshov Juramurod, made scientific reports and presentations on the topics of “Technological basis of processing uranium-containing ores and assessment of radiation risk in the regions of Tajikistan”, “Synthesis and thermodynamic properties of thorium and uranium compounds” and “Technical basis of uranium extraction from local uranium-containing ores” and presented these fields of science to the participants with investigations that were carried out using modern methods and devices
At the end of the event, a scientific discussion took place, where participants received specific answers to their questions.
