On July 31, 2024,  at the Training Center of the Agency for CBRN Safety and Security of the Tajikistan National Academy of Sciences with the participation of Academician of the Tajikistan National Academy of Sciences Ulmas Mirsaidov, scientists of the Agency and officers of the NAST V.I. Nikitin Institute of Chemistry s Laboratory of Complex Processing of Minerals and Wastes, a scientific session was held.

During the session, scientific reports were made by Eshov Djuramurod, scientist of the Agency for CBRN Safety and Security at the NAST on the topic of "Synthesis, thermal and thermodynamic properties of thorium and uranium containing compounds" and Davlatov Abdurakhmon, scientist of the NAST V.I. Nikitin Institute of Chemistry on the topic of "Technological principles of obtaining products from borosilicate ore of the Ak-Arkhar deposit of the Republic of Tajikistan" and at the same time the topic of drafting their PhD thesis was discussed. Following the presentations of the candidates, questions and answers were held among the participants of the session and it was proposed to improve their PhD dissertations.

At the same time, Academician Ulmas Mirsaidov noted that it is necessary to increase trial experiments for the preparation of scientific materials, and knowledge of Russian and English is an urgent need for scientists, since the most of the special literature is published in foreign languages.

In conclusion, it was added that it is necessary to create a scientific-pedagogical school of experienced scientists and young specialists.
