In the framework of the scientific expedition to assess the radiation situation, which is undertaking by the staff of the Department of Scientific Research, Education and Technical Services of the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiation and Nuclear Safety and Security at NAST in the Sangvor district from August 19 to 24, 2024, monitoring of the radiation situation and collecting soil and water samples for research and identification are conducting.

It should be noted that the main goal of this scientific expedition is to study and assess the radiation situation in the center and other areas of the Sangvor district, which will play an important role in the development of radiation map.
