The regular meeting of the WiN Tajikistan members has been held on December 28, 2021 at the CBRN Safety and Security Agency. The brief report for 2021 and the work plan for the upcoming 2022 were presented at the meeting.

Director of the CBRN Safety and Security Agency of the NAST – Ilhom Mirsaidzoda, opened the meeting. In his speech, he emphasized the main achievements of the WiN Tajikistan over the past year and outlined the prospects for organizing a WiN in Central Asian region with participation of WiN Chapters from Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan.

The Chairman of the WiN Tajikistan, Nodira Khakimova in her report describes the WiN Tajikistan members meetings with students from the Technical Lyceum named after M. Osimi and International school "Contofield" in Dushanbe. The aim of the visit was to assist young specialists in choosing an occipation, to attract young generations, especially females, to basic sciences, to enhance their knowledge in the field of nuclear and radiation safety & security. Moreover, she expressed appreciation to the WiN Tajikistan members, CBRN Safety and Security Agency of the NAST Staff and Director, especially Ilhom Mirsaidzoda for their charitable contribution in the Child's Home No.1 in Dushanbe.

During the meeting, the plans for the upcoming 2022 year, especially conducting 2nd Anniversary of WiN Tajikistan, the 3rd International Scientific and Practical Conference "The Role of Women-Scientists in Science, Innovations and Technologies" and possibility to conducting WiN Global Conference in Tajikistan were discussed.

At the end of the meeting, Director of the CBRN Safety and Security NAST - Ilhom Mirsaidzoda and WiN Tajikistan Chairman - Nodira Khakimova congratulated all members with the upcoming New Year and wished further success and prosperity.
