On 7 September 2023, in the conference hall of the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, as part of the implementation of the Action Plan of the Primary Committee of the People's Democratic Party "Afkanishot" for 2023, a ceremonial meeting was held with the attendance of all employees of this Agency, dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The ceremonial event was opened with an introductory and informative speech by the Director of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security Agency of NANT, head of the Primary Committee of the People's Democratic Party "Afkanishot" Ilhom MIRSAIDZODA.

During his speech, the Director, first, congratulated the audience on the 32nd anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and reminded that each of us should appreciate the prosperity and peace of the country, as well as the significant achievements of the independence period, all of which were achieved thanks to the efforts of the Founder of Peace and National Unity, the Great Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, and the honorable people of our sovereign and independent country.

Hence, state independence is considered a priceless gift and a way to achieve national unity, a builder of a just and democratic society, a guarantor of a unified legal space and a great achievement of the nation, while ensuring the development of our national stability both today and for the coming centuries.

In his speech, he also emphasised that state independence is a sacred and great benefit for all of us. On this basis, to protect and be grateful to it is the vital and most important duty of every patriot, noble and self-conscious person of this beautiful land.

Therefore, we can say with full confidence that the growth of the new state, smooth development of the new statehood, true independence of our country, national unity of the leadership, integrity and strengthening of peace and stability in our ancient land makes each of us always strive for the prosperity of our dear Motherland and cherish these two unique gifts - Independence and National Unity - as the apple of the eye.
 

At the same time, Ilhom Mirsaidzoda urged the young people, who make up almost 70% of the staff, not to waste their free time, but to devote themselves to reading specialised books, at the same time mastering advanced sciences and technologies and learning foreign languages.

At the end of the ceremonial meeting, M. Muminova, Scientific Secretary of the Agency, in her intense report entitled "Birth of the Independence Era", gave a detailed account of the effective activities and significant achievements of the last two decades of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security Agency of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan during the Independence period of our country.
