In order to strengthen and at the same time ensure radiation safety and social protection of the population, the staff and management of the Branch of the Agency for Chemical, Biological, Radiation and Nuclear Safety of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan in Sughd region (Agency Branch) in cooperation with the Head of the State Control Service of Health and Social Protection of the Population in Sughd region on December 21 of this year in the newly built building of the Chemical, Biological, Radiation and Nuclear Safety Agency of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan in Sughd region (Agency branch) with the participation of medical personnel, doctors - radiologists, radiologists, as well as heads of non-governmental institutions regardless of form of ownership and administrative subordination in their activities, which use radioactive sources, held a training seminar to ensure radiation safety and social protection of the population.

Аkbar Adhamov, an employee of the Agency's Branch, opened the seminar and explained its main essence to the participants. At the same time, during the seminar, the holder of the honorary badges "Excellence in health care and social protection of the population" and "Excellence in education and science of the Republic of Tajikistan", a pharmacist of the highest degree - Rahmonzoda Sultan Rahmon and a leading specialist of the department of state control of institutions of social protection of the population and non-state medical institutions of the Main Directorate of Control Services Director of Health and Social Protection of the Population in Sughd Region, Kamil Karimov, participated and gave comprehensive reports on the implementation of the "Health Code of the Republic of Tajikistan" and "Activity of private medicine" to the participants of the conference.
  Then, the radiologist of the Central Hospital of Bobojan Ghafurov district of Sughd region - Sattorov M. A. on the subject of "Medical X-ray operations and the effect of MAI on human health", specialist - "Sugd Region Oncology Center" Murtazoev A. H. on the subject of "Methods of treatment of cancer diseases with MAI" presented to the audience with a comprehensive report, and at the same time gave specific answers to the questions of the participants of the training seminar.

In the course of the seminar, specialists of the Agency's Branch, as well as employees of the Center for State Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the city of Bustan, Sughd region, actively participated with their reports and speeches. 
The reports are mainly on the provisions of the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "On radiation safety", "On licensing certain types of activities", "On consumer rights", "On protection and state support of business", "Radiation safety standards, "Rules ensuring radiation safety" as well as other regulatory and legal documents adopted to ensure radiation safety and control the health and social protection of the population for citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan, foreign citizens and stateless persons living in the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
It should be noted that the Branch of the Chemical, Biological, Radiation and Nuclear Safety Agency of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan in Sughd region is also in strong and joint cooperation with the participation of the employees of the Directorate of State Health Control Services and Social Protection of the Population in Sughd region (Agency Branch). has decided to regularly hold such useful events during the new year not only with doctors, but also with other sectors of society more than before in the territory of this region and other cities and districts.
