Chairman of the primary organization “Afkanishot” of the executive committee of the People’s Democratic Party “Khiradmandon” Ilhom Mirsaidzoda spoke about the history of the 16th session of the Supreme Council and the achievements of the great leader of the nation, Hero of Tajikistan, the Honorable Emomali Rahmon, and how in those difficult days, despair and violence gripped society and every citizen of Tajikistan needed a safe place, peace and shelter.
