29 December 2023 in the conference room of the Regional Center for Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan was held the annual meeting with the participation of all staff of the Agency.

Ilkhom Mirsaidzoda, Director of Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security Agency of NAST, opened the annual meeting and summarized the results and achievements of the past 2023, in particular, he said that one of the most important events of 2023 was the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security Agency of NAST, and at the same time made a detailed speech on the plans and prospects of the Agency in the new year of 2024.

During the meeting, the Director of the Agency used informative speeches of the regular address of the Founder of peace and national unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon regarding the progress of construction and improvement of the country, implementation of plans and strategies, programs and ensuring sustainable development of the national economy, raising the living standards of the people, as well as talked about improving the level and quality of science and education, gave many quotes, and at the same time urged young people not to lose time and constantly make efforts to learn science, improve its knowledge and modern technologies.

At the end of his comprehensive speech, the Director of the Agency sincerely congratulated all the attendees and participants of the meeting with the end of the year and expressed the hope that only a peaceful atmosphere, good working mood and peace, unity and mutual understanding in the team can help us all to conquer high peaks and bring success.

Then, during the meeting, the heads of the Agency's divisions and sectors presented annual reports to the participants and detailed the results of their work.
