On March 7, 2024, a meeting has been held dedicated to the Mother’s day and to the fourth anniversary of WiN Tajikistan formation. 

On behalf of the men collective of CBRN Safety and Security Agency of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan, Ilhom Mirsaidzoda – Director of the Agency, Doctor of Technical Sciences, spoke with a welcoming speech: “Dear women, we want to address you with a few words. In our men's team, we are aware of and appreciate the invaluable contribution of each of you to our life and work. Your strength, wisdom, patience makes our world better every day. We want you to know that we will always support you and help you cope with any challenges. We believe in equality, mutual assistance and strength of the command spirit. We are sure that together we can overcome any obstacles and achieve any heights. Our team becomes stronger and stronger when we support each other.” Ilhom Mirsaidzoda congratulated everyone with mother’s Day, noting: “Mother's Day reminds us of the most important and irreplaceable figure in the life of every person - about mom. From the very first days of our lives, mothers protect us, take care of us and love us unconditionally and endlessly. They teach us to walk through life, be strong, kind and honest.”
