By the Order of the Chairman of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan No.49 dated March 15, 2024 Ilhom Mirsaidzoda - Director of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety and Security Agency of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan was promoted to the academic title of "Professor". He has more than 25 years of experience in chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear safety and security.

At present, Ilhom Mirsaidzoda has published 260 articles and abstracts of articles, acquired more than 13 patents for invention, as well as 8 monographs related to this topic for carrying out a cycle of works on the topic "Physical and chemical composition of uranium-containing concentrates from local raw materials" during his scientific activity.

In addition, Ilhom Mirsaidzoda lectured practically in all higher educational institutions of the country and abroad at conferences, symposiums and other events of international level on various topics related to "Chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear safety and security" and other topics, promoting the state policy in the field of this direction.
